Exploratory drilling has begun for the Burswood racetrack project. A ‘peaceful gathering of concerned residents’ is set to arrive at Burswood today at 11am for a photo opportunity and to discuss the developments.

Save Burswood Park Alliance Co-Chair Sue Quinn joined Perth Today with Simon Beaumont to talk about the peaceful protest that will commence.

“We are full supportive of the park being utilised and evolving into an entertainment and sporting precinct, the only concern is V8 supercars racing around, it’s the totally wrong location.” Quinn said on Perth Today.
