Experts are concerned about the ease of access people have to alcohol with online sales booming, turning every phone into a “bottle shop”.

Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education CEO Caterina Giorgi told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live there needs to be more regulation of online alcohol sales.

“The world has changed a lot and with it, the way that alcohol is sold has changed,” said Ms Giorgi.

“Every phone is now an alcohol billboard and a bottleshop and it follows people around… there is no real escape.”
