The Fremantle Dockers are itching to get their big man back in the ruck and ready for the Western Derby. Aaron Sandilands is available for selection and his teammate says he’s been training well.

“Aaron’s probably one of the best ruckmen in the last decade,” Bradley Hill told 6PR Breakfast.

“I think the last couple of weeks he’s been running over 10kms a session. The Strength and Conditioning blokes will be the one’s who decide that and obviously Aaron himself, if he’s ready to go,” Hill says.
