Ex soldier pleads guilty to murder of former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin

The man accused of killing former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin has admitted to his murder.
The 34-year-old former soldier, who can’t be named for legal reasons, appeared in court on Wednesday morning via video link from prison.
Martin was killed in a sniper-style shooting at Perth Motorplex on December 12 2020, but the accused wasn’t arrested until March.
Police offered a $1 million reward for information that lead to his arrest.
The accused entered guilty pleas to one count of murder and another charge of intending to harm, relating to injuries suffered by the partner of Martin’s stepdaughter.
Police are still hunting for the man who allegedly paid for Martin’s death, and believe the person belongs to a rival gang.
