The West Coast Eagles are on their way to the 2015 AFL Grand Final after a come-from-behind 25-point win over North Melbourne at Domain Stadium on Saturday night. 

The Eagles are set to face Hawthorn in the game of the year at the MCG next Saturday. 

West Coast bounced back from a low scoring first half to take out the 10.20 (80) to 7.13 (55) victory. 

Three straight goals in the third quarter helped push West Coast over the line, although the Kangaroos answered back the Eagles bounced back and continued on for their appearance in the big dance.
