Dual Brownlow medallist Nat Fyfe has been ruled out of the Derby as he continues to deal with a foot injury.

Dockers assistant coach Matthew Boyd told Adam Papalia on WWOS the former skipper will be re-assessed for round four but is no certainty to return.

“He was pretty close and he trained in the main session today,” Boyd said.

“It’ll be another week at least I’d say and we’ll just have to wait and see.”
