There was a hot topic on the UK talk show ‘Loose Women’ on ITV where they discussed whether kids and teenagers should stand for adults on public transport.

Oliver Peterson was mortified to discover many kids and teenagers right here in Perth refused to offer their seats to an adult or elderly person.

So he posed the question, do good manners still exist?
