There are calls for urgent change in Australia’s attitudes towards paid parental leave, with a stronger focus on encouraging men to take parental leave.

Chief Executive Officer of The Parenthood Georgie Dent told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live parental leave should be equal for both parents.

“Dads in Australia take far less paid parental leave than dads take globally,” said Ms Dent.
