Alcoa has failed to fully rehabilitate any of the 28,000 hectares of Western Australian forest it has destroyed during its 60 years of mining.

This comes as the company continuously state they have started rehabilitating over 75 per cent of the area.

WAToday journalist Peter Milne told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons what Alcoa is doing is disturbing. 

“They’re frankly wanting to leave a misleading perception of what they are achieving,” said Ms Milne.
