Despite the family’s desperate search – from flyer drops to a social media campaign – there is still no sign of the much-loved puppy.

Family friend Mark Ramsden told 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl that the family is distraught, and that is why he has decided to increase the reward for Frankie to $20,000.

“We thought we’d get some sort of response. Not one person, nobody’s come forward”, he said.
