A second person has put their hand up to become the City of Perth’s Lord Mayor, campaigning on a platform to make Perth the safest capital city in Australia.

City of Perth Acting Lord Mayor Bruce Reynolds spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said when he spoke to ratepayers, residents and businesses, safety was always their number one priority.
