Associate Professor Alex Polyakov from the University of Melbourne explained to Millsy and Karl the process, as well as the potential benefits and drawbacks of the decision.

“It shouldn’t be government funded, so if someone wants to do it by all means but there should be no subsidies for it,” he said.
