Fremantle’s games record holder David Mundy has voiced his concerns over Fremantle’s ability to recover from slow starts.

Speaking on Wide World of Sports on Monday night, Mundy said, “This year they’ve been on the back foot from first quarters. Finding themselves behind and not having the weapons to get back into it.”

“They’re just not taking the game on.”

Although a better start against the pies on the weekend, the Dockers were unable to maintain it.

“They started with a seasoned on ball outfit, but from the second quarter onwards, they fell away.”
