A depleted West Coast Eagles have defied the odds and caused a huge upset by defeating the Giants by 25 points.

GWS were left goalless in the final term with the Eagles leading the way to the 12.14 (86) to 8.13 (61) win.

And they did it all without Nic Naitanui, Dom Sheed and Jeremy McGovern.

Jack Darling boots four goals and Jake Waterman kicked three. Andrew Gaff clocked up 32 disposals and Jack Redden finished with 29.
