Culleton declared bankrupt

The Federal Court in Western Australia has declared Senator Rod Culleton bankrupt, after he was ordered to pay former Westfarmers director Dick Lester more than $205,000 in 2013 over unpaid rent relating to a property acquisition deal that soured.
But Senator Culleton has told Chrissy Morrissy, he is not bankrupt.
