Pro crayfishermen are targeting big crayfish because of the top dollars they are getting for the start of the Chinese new year.

Most pros have just started a new quota and are out in the deeper water chasing their catch.

This week a video of the boys fishing the shelf out the basck of the Abrolhos Islands demonststrated how good the season has been.

Amatures enjoyed a magnificent run of whites in November and December and it looks like the Pro’s are making a quid.
