Bayswater Councillor Giorgia Johnson wants to see a speed reduction along Morley Drive, the Councillor believes the current limit is too fast for a suburban road.

On 6PR Perth Live, Councillor Johnson told Oliver Peterson there was no chance Morley Drive would be a 70kmph zone if it was built today.

“To me the question about why is it 70kmph zone along Morley Drive there’s so many intersections and so many driveways coming into so it’s a bit inconsistent for the rest of the area”, Councillor Johnson said.
