A Bayswater playgroup president says she’s found out the hard way about the Council of Bayswater’s plan to sell the land the playgroup has used for nearly a decade.

Casa Mia Montessori Group’s Bree Rasmussen says she found out by being pointed to the Council’s meeting agenda.

“That’s one of the biggest things that we’re upset about [that no one’s come to talk to us] … It’s meant we’ve had to scramble to put together a campaign almost to keep our premises open,” she told 6PR Perth Live.
