The Town of Cottesloe council will seek legal advice on appealing against the Western Australian Planning Commission’s (WAPC) decision last week to approve a $221 million redevelopment of OBH.

Cottesloe Residents and Ratepayers Association Chair Greg Boland joined Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live.

“It’s a very significant development, it’s a very significant decision… The building is way over height and way too bulky,” Mr Boland said.

Katie from Cottesloe is a Cottesloe ratepayer and attended the Council and WAPC meetings.

“They very clearly addressed every aspect of the Town of Cottesloe’s objections,” she said.

“He’s just trying to skew a narrative because they are anti-development.”
