Conservationists have rallied together to get the State Government to rethink the Westport outer harbour project.

Part of the plan is to widen Anketell Road for six kilometres — from the Kwinana Freeway to the new port.

Greens Member of the Legislative Council Brad Pettitt told Oly Peterson on Perth Live the road and port could deliver a worse outcome than Roe 8.
