A man has eaten 70 glazed donuts within eight minutes, setting a new world record during the Salvation Army’s National Donut Eating Championships.

James Webb says he aimed to eat at least 60 donuts during the competition which aims to raise money for the charity.

“Last year I did fifty nine and a half … But man, 70 – I was so happy,” he told Millsy and Karl.
