Two out of control dogs have reportedly killed over 13 cats in the Leda residential area, with locals complaining on their community Facebook group for more to be done.

CEO of the City of Kwinana, Wayne Jack, told Millsy and Karl they were only aware of this issue once the CCTV footage was released as no formal complaints were made.

Millsy and Karl fired up at Mr Jack, saying they find it hard to believe considering council members and rangers monitor the community Facebook page.

“But people involved in your council were aware of it mate? That’s the point that the people who have lost their cats are making,” Millsy told Mr Jack.
