Celebrity chef Neil Perry has released a new cook book entitled Everything I Love to Cook.

The acclaimed chef told Gareth Parker the title says everything.

“It’s everything I love to cook,” he said.

“It’s really the culmination of the last 20 or 30 years of my life in restaurants, and writing columns, and writing books, and basically cooking at home.

“It’s all that stuff I cook at home for my family and my friends and I just wanted to share it.”
