The Corruption and Crime Commission has found the arrest, and subsequent force used on a 14 year old Aboriginal girl in 2022 was “unlawful, unreasonable, oppressive and unjust”.

CCC Commissioner John McKechnie told Oly Peterson on Perth Live their investigation followed several police internal investigations.
