Randy Dible met Callum Robinson mere weeks before he and his brother Jake were reported missing in Baja California after he bought one of his photos.

The renowned American surf photographer explained to Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings he had told the brothers of his favourite surf spot on the peninsula, and was very nearly with them when they disappeared.

“He asked me if I wanted to go, and I said, ‘Yeah, sure,'” Mr Dible said.

“But then my worked called, and I had to cancel.”
