The Canning by-election on September 19th will determine the replacement for the late Don Randall.
Liberal candidate and former SAS soldier Andrew Hastie, believes many of the skills he learnt during his time in the military, will bode well for politics.
Mr Hastie joined Gary Adshead in the studio on 6PR Mornings.
