Can eating clean lead you away from depression? This Dr thinks so 

The Long Lunch

A 15 year long study has revealed the impact processed foods can have on mental health. 

Deakin University’s Food and Mood Centre Doctor Wolf Marx told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR Afternoons people who consume processed foods are at greater risk of depression. 

“We’ve found that people that consume the most ultra processed foods had a roughly 23% increased risk in depression,” Dr Marx said.
