In a cost of living crisis, Aussie families are having to fork out thousands of dollars in daycare fees, prompting calls to cap out-of-pocket daycare fees at $10 a day.

CEO of The Parenthood Georgie Dent joined Milsy & Karl on 6PR Breakfast to discuss the financial pain families are facing.

“It is the source of extreme financial pain … the fees are huge and they know it’s not going to the educators and that’s the problem,” said Ms Dent.
