Blanket public holiday rules mean local Perth businesses have to apply for an occasional license in order to trade on Good Friday.

Less than two weeks out some businesses still don’t know if they will be allowed to trade on Good Friday.

The Leederville Precinct general manager Carl Leembruggen told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live he still doesn’t know if he will be allowed to trade.

“It’s time to shake it up,” said Mr Leembruggen.
