A man has been charged with killing former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin.

Martin was assassinated at Kwinana Motorplex in December in front of crowds of families.

The 34-year-old man has been charged with murder and two counts of unlawful act or omission with intent to harm.

He is due to appear in court this morning.
