As the Football World Cup rolls on in Brazil the poor and forgotten of the city’s infamous favelas know that the riches spent on hosting the cup will never trickle down to them. Gary Adshead spoke to Andrew Fanstone who has dedicated his life to helping those trapped in the forgotten slums.
