Diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as a child, the now-30-year-old told 6PR Weekends host Chrissy Morrissy that the most vital lesson is to reflect on what truly matters.
“The most important thing would be to think truly about what matters most and I think if you could identify that and reflect on that you’re more likely to live with intention … Thinking more deeply and consistently about what we really value allows us to live with more intention,” he said.
