Former soccer player Mark Bosnich has opened up about his recovery after rupturing a quadricep during a celebrity shootout against Gillon McLachlan.

Speaking to 6PR Weekends hosts Chrissy Morrissy and Dane Mepham, “Bozza” said his recovery is “ahead of schedule”.

“[My recovery is going] very good. I’m ahead of schedule in terms of I’ve started to drive a little bit. I don’t really need the crutch, although it’s due not to be used from Tuesday onwards and brace to come off,” he said.
