One of the country’s most beloved bands is set to perform with the Western Australia Symphony Orchestra for an “electrifying” concert called “Birdsongs”.

Birds of Tokyo lead vocalist Ian Kenny told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons the orchestra adds a new depth to their music.

“It was just something so unexpected for us… we truly loved it,” said Mr Kenny.
