Gina Rineheart’s purchase of Rossi Boots is the latest in a string of acquisitions between Australia’s billionaires, who seem to be battling it out for dominance in the heritage Aussie brand space.

The new deal comes after Rineheart snatched up oilskin outerwear company Drizabone just earlier this month.

Andrew Forrest and his ex-wife Nicola, took on RM Williams in 2020 have just recently added outback hat brand Akubra to the portfolio.
