Qantas is making big changes to its frequent flyer program in a move that will increase the points needed for seat redemptions and raise the cost of carrier charges from August.

Editor-in-chief at Executivetraveller.com David Flynn spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter and said there were “swings and roundabouts” in the changes.
