‘Ban hoons for 10 years’

Former Police Minister Rob Johnson has called for harsher penalties to be imposed on hoons in light of revelations that some drivers are being caught driving in excess of 170kmh. Gary Adshead spoke to Mr Johnson who says these speeding drivers are potential murderers in his eyes.
