Belinda Hall, principal of Ballajura Community College, explained to 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont that their resulting tree is now mature and holds pride of place in the school’s peace park.

“Our students are really involved in looking after the peace park and making sure it’s a place where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable and a place of quiet reflection if needed,” she said.
