Deadly floods in Bali have caused a rising death toll.

Rivka Arianti, who moved into her apartment near Denpasar three weeks ago, told Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that she awoke to find waters as high as her chest.

“The water has been drained from the house but the damage is quite severe,” she said.
