Australia’s batting stocks have taken a HUGE hit ahead of fourth ODI

Australia will be without star opener Aaron Finch for the fourth one-day international against England.

A minor hamstring strain has sidelined the in-form batsman ahead of Friday’s clash in Adelaide

England already has an insurmountable 3-0 lead in the series.

Finch, 31, will be further assessed before selectors make a decision on his availability for Sunday’s fifth ODI.

The veteran has been a shining light for a struggling Australia side, having hit centuries in first two matches.

He scored 107 in the series opener, before backing that up with 106 and 62 in the following two games.

Glenn Maxwell has been called into the squad as a replacement.
