Bassendean local and asthma sufferer Maggie Snell  is campaigning to regulate second-hand smoking on private properties after suffering what she says has been debilitating harm from her neighbours.

Ms Snell’s campaigning has once again put focus on the specifics of second-hand smoking.

Asthma Australia CEO Michelle Goldman told Mick and Lachy on 6PR Breakfast there’s many issues surrounding the legislation, and lobbying the government to take tenant’s complaints seriously is a priority.
