At least one arrest has been made as anti-vaccination protestors have clashed with their pro-vaccination counterparts outside the health department in East Perth.

It comes as mandatory vaccinations for healthcare workers wanting to access high risk settings come into force from today.

A huge police presence is there as around 200 anti-vaccination protestors faced-off with around 20 pro-vaccine protestors.
