Youth crime is on the rise sparking questions as to what is the reason their behaviour – specifically teen boys.

Senior lecturer in youth studies from RMIT University, Dr Kathryn Daley, says these teenagers don’t realise the risks behind their actions.

“A lot of it, maybe all of it is, is fun. A l0t of the things that young men are getting up to, does have a joy component to it,” she told Millsy and Karl.
