The ACCC is calling for passengers to be compensated if their flight is delayed for more than three hours.

This comes as airlines in Europe now have to compensate passengers for delayed or cancelled flights.

CHOICE head of policy Patrick Veyret told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live airlines take little responsibility.

“Airlines are just passing it [costs] all onto consumers,’ said Mr Veyret.
