The Australian Hotels Association in WA has welcomed the announcement that the state’s hard border will be lifted on March 3.

Premier Mark McGowan made the announcement today, while also re-introducing a two square metre capacity rule for hospitality, entertainment and fitness venues.

AHA WA chief executive, Bradley Woods told Oliver Peterson he would have preferred there were no capacity limits, but overall the announcement was moderate and fair.
