A leading advocacy group for older people says addressing barriers locking older Australians out of the workplace would be key to unlocking Australia’s productivity potential.

Council on the Ageing (COTA) Australia CEO Patricia Sparrow spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said a new report produced by the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Australian Human Resources Institute shows there are ageist attitudes about what an aged worker can and can’t do.
