City of Nedlands staff believe a tram or rapid bus system is needed to soak up congestion along Stirling Highway.

Curtin University Sustainability professor Peter Newman spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said WA was the only state left without a tram system and it was “about time we got into it”.
