A managing directors idea to revitalise urban infill areas

There are calls for the introduction of an urban sprawl levy on housing estates built on the fringes of the metropolitan area.
Managing director at Limnios Property Group, James Liminios, says the levy would be on the developer with hopes it would make it easier for homes to be built in urban infill areas.
“It’s about this money going into making it easier and less red tape and more affordable … and infill does not mean 30-storey skyscrapers, it doesn’t mean just an apartment, it means under-utilised land,” he told Gary Adshead.
