A 22 year-old woman has escaped serious injuries after her car crashed into an East Cannington home.

The incident occurred at around 3.30 this morning.

Nine News reporter Kelly Haywood told Karl and Millsy on 6PR Breakfast the incident occurred next to a notoriously dangerous intersection.

“Just a few months ago, the neighbour right next door lost the front of his house because of someone failing to stop at a stop sign,” she said.
