Bali has announced it will be installing billboards in tourist hotspots to deter bad behaviour by Australians.

However, Victorians are blaming “Perth Bogans” for the bad reputation.

Indonesia Institute founder Ross Taylor told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live Australians as a whole are to blame and Perth shouldn’t be singled out.
